SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via USPS. All orders must ship to a physical address; we do not ship to PO Boxes.

​

Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. 

​

SHIPPING CHARGES

​

Shipping charges are calculated during check-out and are based on weight and distance.

​

We do not provide refunds for products or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. You will be responsible for additional product and shipping charges to ship the product to a different delivery address.

SHIPPING TIMES

​

Shipping times vary based on your delivery address. We ship orders on business days (Monday-Friday) only and do not ship orders on National holidays.

 

Every Mojo Gems piece is cleansed and charged; as a result, your order may take up to 3 business days from the time your order is placed to ship. You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​

We ship within the Continental US only; we do not ship internationally.
